Job Description: Sales
Location: 240-1 Nagaoka, Izunokuni City, Shizuoka Prefecture
Probation Period: 3 months after joining the company
Salary: During Probation:
¥200,000 – ¥250,000 per month

After Probation:
¥230,000 – ¥280,000 per month
Raises & Bonuses: Salary increase: Once a year
Bonus: Twice a year (equivalent to approximately 3 months’ salary based on last year’s performance)
Allowances: Full commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000 per month)
Overtime allowance
Benefits: Social insurance (health insurance, pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation)

Working Hours: 9:00～17:00
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
